ABOUT THE PROJECT
A Look Into a Modern Luxury Apartment, situated in a business class residential complex. The interior is a sophisticated blend of minimalism and Scandinavian style - a design choice that allows for personal preferences to be expressed through decor.
CLIENT
The apartment features a functional layout that includes a living room combined with a kitchen, a master bedroom with an office and bathroom, and an additional children's room. The aim was to create a cozy and comfortable space that caters to various individuals, making it ideal for renting or selling.
RESULT
The major design challenge was a load-bearing column that significantly reduced the space and disrupted the aesthetic flow. To counteract this, we added a glass bar that lends a festive touch while keeping the space feeling open and light.
The television area is designed with a linear composition - a long cabinet where both a television and a piece of art can be displayed, putting art at the forefront. From the living area, one can easily move into the dining room, creating a cohesive space for eating, relaxing, and socializing.
This common area is designed to bring the family together, with ample daylight and power outlets positioned throughout the space for convenience.
The kitchen is divided into three zones that are conveniently interconnected, and the guest bathroom is equipped with a large sink, shower cubicle, and textured Italian FAP tiles. The apartment is designed with a separate private area for parents, providing a retreat from the busyness of the rest of the home.
The master bedroom is equipped with USB outlets at each bedside, warm, soft lighting, and an additional closet. The office space is fully soundproofed, allowing for a range of activities without disturbing the rest of the house. The wall opposite the sofa is multifunctional with storage space and open shelves accessible from the work area. With such a blend of functional design and Scandinavian aesthetics, this apartment truly epitomizes modern luxury.
